Tops business was started in 2001 by Danny Gardner to reach the areas in the River Valley and Northwest AR. Since 2016 we have focused on concrete coating. Premium concrete coating by Penntek can be used to restore and beautify driveways, sidewalks, patios and garages but also interior floors and countertops.
